File navigation does not work on Vista

I have SlickEdit 11.0.2 installed on my laptop running Windows Vista 32bit version.  For file navigation, both Ctrl+Dot and Ctrl+Comma do not work on keyboard (the context menu works though).  I had older SlickEdit on Windows XP and they all worked fine.  Is this a Vista issue or it just needs some configuration to make it work on Vista?

The first thing to check is whether the key bindings for Ctrl+Dot and/or Ctrl+Comma have been modified.
The Ctrl+Dot and Ctrl+Comma keys have worked fine for me on WinXP, WinVista, Win2003, Win2008, and Windows 7 (and 2008 R2).

Also, check if those key combinations can be recognized by other applications on the laptop -- it could be possible that the laptop keyboard might be wired such that those keys lock each other out, making those specific key combinations impossible to be detected by the hardware.
