No, SlickEdit does not have a similar feature. You can position a single vertical column indicator, but that is more typically used for a line length indicator. You can also turn on a ruler, which can be drawn with the indentation locations; but it is drawn on the current line so it doesn't provide the same kind of guide to see how blocks line up.
We have discussed adding a feature for this, but haven't gotten to it yet.
