In emacs there are sexp, move up, down, next, back. It makes navigating and copying blocks easier. How can this be accomplished in VS?

This was added to slick a year or two ago. Look for s-expression in the code navigation section of the help or in the key bindings dialog, type sexp in the command name edit box.
