I recall using a generic SCM template to call the AccuRev CLI direct... The only situation I ran into was that the template only supported a single 'commit'.... so you have to choose whether or not to make that a 'keep' or 'promote'. Otherwise most other commands had 1:1 matchings.
I had a call with one of the slickedit engineers a while back but AccuRev was not on their roadmap at the time. Might be worth asking again.
Since AccuRev support true integration with issue tracking (via change packages), they would need a native plugin to take advantage of some of the rich features that AccuRev provides.
