Cannot start SSH client
« on: November 30, 2010, 05:04:16 pm »
When I try to connect to a server that requires SFTP, it returns with the FTP error:
"Cannot start SSH Client: Error running SSH Client, status=-2"

Can anyone help me with this?

-2 means "File not found". Make sure you have the full path to 'ssh.exe' set (File>FTP>Default Options, SSH/SFTP tab). On Windows, we require you to have the Cygwin client (e.g. c:\cygwin\bin\ssh.exe'). On Linux/UNIX, you need the OpenSSH client (e.g. /usr/bin/ssh).
