Eclipse can not lunch ( Windows Platform)

Dear All:

I installed SE Core for Eclipse (i copied sc_03060100_multi_full folder to dropins),
and now Eclipse won't launch.  :(
I took a look at the log and here's what I find:

Why did you install it like that?  Is there a reason you didn't install it the normal way, from the update site?

Even if you can't use the update site (if there is a problem with a firewall, for example) and you need to install from the zip file, you should still use the Eclipse installation mechanism to install from the zip file.  That should work fine.  Let me know if you need help doing that.
