Loading Code::Blocks projects into slickedit.
« on: March 12, 2011, 10:39:03 am »
Just starting with Slickedit.

I am trying to load a code::blocks project - don't want to retsructure it manually as I'll be doing this a lot.

Is there a way to convert code::blocks .cbp projects to slickedit projects ?

Seems that the workspace file format (cbp) is quite similar to the SE project file format (vpj - see provided examples or create a SE workspace + project and use this vpj file). I think you can do it yourself by search'n replace. I guess there won't be an official import..
I'd setup the build environment from scratch because it's different.
I also recommend to read the docs: 'Workspace and Projects' to get the idea how it's organized in SE.
