« on: March 13, 2011, 09:22:46 pm »
Hi,
when I try to install se_15000103_linux_full.tar.gz  on the redhad

[root@ptys se_15000103_linux_full]# uname -a
Linux deve 2.6.32-71.18.2.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Mar 2 14:17:40 EST 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I've got the output

[root@deve se_15000103_linux_full]# ./vsinst
-bash: ./vsinst: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory
[root@deve se_15000103_linux_full]#
Any suggestions

You need to install the 32-bit libs on your 64-bit system. I do not know the name of the package you need to install on CentOS. Maybe somebody else can on this forum can contribute that detail.

Another option is to try running 'vs_staticxft' instead of 'vs'. It is statically linked, but I would try the solution above first.

yum install glibc.i686
yum install libXt.i686
yum install libXft.i686
