Can't find the TCL selection in "new project -> project type"

I installed SlickEdit ver15.0.1.3, with hotfix: hotfix_loader_se15013_3.zip (Revision: 3), hotfix_se1501_11_cumulative.zip (Revision: 11), and hotfix_se1501_21_cumulative.zip (Revision: 21).

But when I want to establish a new project with TCL, there is no "TCL" item in the project type list.

Can anybody can help me?
