Vim :s(ubstitute) problem
« on: May 29, 2011, 02:01:58 pm »
SlickEdit 2011 (v16.0.0.6 64-bit)
Build Date: May 05, 2011
Emulation: Vim
OS: Windows 7 x64    OS Version: 6.01.7601  Service Pack 1
Project Type: No project open
Language: .cs (C#)

Hotfixes:
I:\Users\Charles\Documents\My SlickEdit Config\16.0.0\hotfixes\hotfix_se1600_1_cumulative.zip (Revision: 1)

With this bit of text:
Code: [Select]
public class Zoom
 {
     int Boom;
     Boom = 7;
 }
I try to substitute for 'Boom':
:%s/Boom/Gloom/c

The message "String not found" appears on status bar at the bottom of the editor.
Is the 'c' switch not supported?

No...'c' should be supported.  I've filed a defect for this and I'll see if we can get it fixed in a hotfix soon.  Thanks for the report.

This will be fixed in 16.0.1...no hotfix though.
