Export/Import SE options from 16.0.0.6 to 16.0.1

I had 16.0.0.6 Windows, exported my settings, uninstalled it then installed 16.0.1, then imported my settings.

expected: my settings are imported.
outcome: SE starts importing and then hangs, must be killed to exit. If i waited for a long time then it will says "Failed .. "  I think its File category or other.

I have attached my setting zip file for anyone to try.
Hope the export and import options issues get resolved because it is important.

I have found the problem.  It will likely take a hot fix to correct, but until then, I've got a workaround for you so you can get working again.  After you pick the zip file to import, an Options dialog will pop up and allow you to select which options to import.  On this dialog, go to File Options > Open and uncheck Show Hidden Files.  Then go ahead and import the rest of the options.
