Tools menu filling up with "Override Method" menu options
« on: April 01, 2012, 11:56:51 pm »
Hello,
Can anyone tell me why the bottom of the Tools menu keeps filling up with "Override method" menu options?    When I click on any of these, it brings up a dialog presenting a choice between System.Object.GetHashCode and System.Object.ToString.  Hopefully the screen shot attachment comes through to show what I mean.

What I haven't figured out is why there is so many of these on the menu - in a more complicated project at work, the # of "Override method" options on the menu literally filled three screens.

I am a brand new SE user - not quite three weeks into the learning curve - pls forgive if this is a known faq (but I did search the forum before posting).

Jay

I haven't figured out repro steps yet.  I'm running SlickEdit 2011 (v16.0.3.0 64-bit) on Win7, if it helps.

These might help find the repro and/or debug it:
Search in the macros\ directory for "Override method".
Couple of hits in refactor.e.
Looks like it was intended to operate on the Quick Refactoring submenu.
