Add a new ClearCase command

Hi guys, I'm wondering if it is possible to add a new ClearCase command in the Version Control menu.

In Tool / Options / Version Control / ClearCase / Commands I can find the list of existing commands and even change some if I want. But how do I add a new one? For example, to create an UCM activity ...

AFAIK there is no way to user-extend SE version control and I think it's more complicated than it seems at the first place.
(So I've added a simple macro command for 'version tree' and just know how/when to use it..)
