Smart Open window does not refresh when a USB drive is inserted

I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. When I insert a USB flash drive, Windows adds a new drive in My Computer. But the Smart Open dialog doesn't refresh, so I cannot select the newly-inserted drive. I tried to refresh manually using the context menu in that window, but this option doesn't exist. Ideally, SE would auto-refresh directory/drive listings when appropriate.

Open a support ticket, SE is out of Beta, so bug reports like this need a regular ticket.
