diffzilla hot keys on Mac OSX
« on: January 09, 2013, 04:53:50 am »
When I do a quick refactoring to rename an identifier, the diffzilla window is displayed showing me the differences.  I'm doing a lot of refactoring and would like to do everything using the keyboard.

How can I step through the diffs and save all changes using the keyboard?  What are the shortcut keys in the diffzilla window?

I'm using version 17.0.3 with vim emulation.

Thank you.

Here is one way to fix it:

Assign Option-N to the diff-next-diff command

This allows you to step through the diffs using the Option-N key
Once you press Option-N, focus is set to the buttons and you can press Command-S to save the refactoring.

You can also press Command-N for next diff and Command-P for previous diff once the buttons have the focus.
