Ansi-C vs C/C++

In the Ansi-C formatting options you can select "Indent CASE from SWITCH", but I can find no such option in the C/C++ options. Is this "feature" not available for C++?
FYI, I'm using SE2012, v17.0.2.0, 64-bit.

It moved into the Formatting panel in v17 for C++ and Objective-C when those languages were brought into the new beautifier framework. In the Options dialog, go to Languages -> C/C++ -> Formatting, and then hit "Edit" to bring up the profile. Indent -> Indent Rule Exceptions for there.
