Window tab - how to remove?
« on: May 01, 2013, 02:02:17 AM »
How does one remove the window tab (not the strip of file tabs)? The one I mean is the one arrowed in the picture.

I've checked the toolbars, tool windows and any windows related dialog in options, but can't find where these are configured.

Mmmm. I guess these are really a new style of the old MDI window title bar and, hence, part of the window? I was thinking it would be cool if I could reclaim the space they take up, you see...

Window > Zoom Toggle?  Is that what you are looking for?  Ctrl+Shift+Z in my emulation.

What Ryan said. Next beta you will be able to configure double-click to zoom btw.

Zoom is exactly the effect on the tab, yes, but then I end up with a single window. My prefered style is for two side-by-side, so zoom is inappropriate, unfortunately.
