Request: have the projects view read project names from VS .vcproj files

I am using SE to work on a Visual Studio 2008 solution in which some of the projects have been renamed in the IDE such that the project names do not match the names of the corresponding .vcproj files.

SE loads the solution and displays the projects in the Projects tree using the name of the .vcproj file.  Could we have an option to display them using the Name property stored in the .vcproj file instead?

A small point, but it would make my life a lot easier.

A good suggestions, but I'm not sure this is something we'd be able to work into SE 2013. But I will get it onto our request list.
