B6: Diff "Del File" not always working

I have found that if you select more than one file on one side of the diff window and use the "Del File" often only one file is often deleted.  It makes no difference if they are sparsely selected, all in a row, or all in a single directory.

I am using Ubuntu 12.04.

I was able to reproduce this.  I'm looking into it now.  Thanks for the report.
