After working with my project for a little while, when I try to save a file I get this error message in a popup window:

Invalid argument
file=tbfilelist.exe offset=10852

I also get a Slick-C stack:

 Invalid argument
tbfilelist.ex 10852 _UpdateFileListModifiedFiles(1)   p_window_id: 91   p_object: OI_TREE_VIEW   p_name: ctl_file_list
tbfilelist.ex 10349 _cbsave_filelist()   p_window_id: 245   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
files.ex 10251 call_list(_cbsave_)   p_window_id: 245   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
saveload.ex 85 save_file(D:\robb\wx\wxgit\wxWidgets\src\unix\appunix.cpp,-O +DD -Z -ZR -E -S )   p_window_id: 245   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
files.ex 6446 save(,8)   p_window_id: 245   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:

I've attached screenshots.

The project/configuration that I uploaded for the high CPU issue is the same project that I observe this error on.

If I exit and restart SlickEdit, the error seems to go away for a short time, but usually comes back after a small amount of time.

Once I observed this after walking away and coming back after 1/2 hour, but often I don't need to walk away.  I've observed this on 2 different PCs.
