v18 problem: severe screen flicker when using diffzilla

Hi SlickEdit team,
I've just updated to v18 and I have a major problem:
During diffzilla usage the screen flickers rapidly and I can't see anything.
I'm using Linux 32 bit on Fedora 18. Happens with Ubuntu 12.10 as well.

This will be fixed in the 18.0.1 release.

Please also note that the diffZilla window opens _under_ all windows instead of being _above_ all of them.

The problems are related, this is fixed as well.
