If you open the file with the error (C:\Users\357427\Documents\My SlickEdit Config\18.0.0\hotfixes\window.e), and then load it, do you get an error message?

Seems to load without logging an error.

I am getting this error in a few modules. compile.e, GitClass.e, Perforce.e, svc.e and window.e. When I try to load them as modules in the Macros menu, I get an "Illegal Character" in the status bar and it loads "wkspace.e" which looks completely messed up -- a whole bunch of "^@" characters at the beginning.

I can only assume this means that the wkspace.e file has gotten corrupted. I'm going to try uninstalling Slickedit and reinstalling it unless you have a better thing to do.
