18.0.1.2 + Hot fix's Git Version control Menu (Windows Only) breaks

The following occurs when enabling the version control menu for git (Using cygwin git, which works if using the command line). Exiting the VC dialog box and then trying to go back into the version control menu. Disabling the VC gets the menu back with no problems. Works ok using the Linux version of sc/and git.

Did you have any files open?

That seems to be the problem.
Opening a file makes it behave.

OK.  This is already fixed for the next version - I'll make a note to put it in a hotfix as well.
