Diffzilla Issue within slickedit

When I run diffzilla from within Slickedit v18.0.1.2 my blinking cursor disappears. This makes it impossible to tell what line I'm on. If I run diffzilla from the command line it works fine. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I didn't have this problem with version 17. I'm not sure if this was an issue on 18.0.0.x.

Ha, sorry.
SUSE Linux 10, x86_64.
I have a workaround now which is to turn on the current line highlighting (draw box around current line). I actually like this and will keep it on all the time.
