Hi all,
I wrote a hotfix, I managed to install it under windows (slickedit version 13.0.0.1), but I can't install it under Linux Red Hat (slickedit version 14.0.2.2). I got a
"You do not have write access to edit all these files. Installation terminated".
I noticed that no ~/.slickedit/hotfixes folder was created ( just the .slickedit and a bunch of other folders)
I don't have root access to the Linux machine, but the system administrator couldn't apply the hotfix either.
Anybody can help me to install the hotfix at least in my home .slickedit folder?

You mentioned that you got a "You do not have write access to edit all these files. Installation terminated" error. Was it prefaced with "This hotfix modifies files under your SlickEdit installation directory"?
Thanks,
