Title: mouseover in defs toolbar gives intermittent preview window update

FYI.  With mouseover in the defs toolwindow configured to show that symbol in the preview window, the preview update on mouseover mostly doesn't work.  In my normal configuration folder it works about a third of the time.  In a virgin configuration folder and on another machine it hardly ever worked for some reason.  I don't care if this works or not - just letting you know.

Thanks for pointing this out.  I am putting in some fixes to make this work better for 21.0.2.
