Title: B3: crash when selecting changing emulation

A clean install of SE beta 3 will crash if the emulation is changed.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open options dialog (Tools->options)
• Select Editing->General.  No need to change anything, just select it.
• Select Keyboard and Mouse->Emulation.
• Change the emulation.
• Select Keyboard and Mouse->Key bindings. <CRASH!>

Reproduced.  I'll look into this.
