Title: V19 Release issue on insert alias feature.

I have an alias I use to insert a function header comment block ahead of a function to document the function. With this version of the the editor, the alias is not working as expected. I've included a file that has the alias definition and the result when used on a function prototype. It is repeated with different alias settings and applied again to show results.
The issue occurs when the parameter type and/or name expansion is used. For those definitions the entire line using then is not inserted at all.

I can reproduce this one, but it doesn't appear to be a new problem.  I checked a few versions back and get the same thing.  I will investigate and see if it can be hotfixed.
