Title: Open tool window disappears

Whenever I double click on a file in the Open tool window to open it, the Open tool window disappears.  I then have to go into the Tools --> Options and make the Open tool window visible again.  It is quite annoying to have to do this every time you open a file.

This also occurs with the "Files" Tool Window as well.
