1. Way to disable the annoying new "Select Files to Open" dialog
2. Way to disable the annoying dialog when you hit RW and just want the file read-only from the editor's perspective (not the file system)
3. Automatic project file list mode: e.g., everything under path with a name filter of *.py. Manually maintaining projects is error prone and a pain.
4. Stop adding "features" that aren't usability tested and can't be turned off!
5. Make the Linux version more stable, less ugly, and with a native 64-bit version

I do all my projects this way. How else can you do them?
project properties (or creation) -> add wildcard "*.py", check the recurse button.
Or is there something different you mean?
