Title: SlickEdit and TADS3 for newbie
Post by: orianirab on October 31, 2006, 06:13:27 PM
I am trying to learn TADS3 and SlickEdit at the same time.  Has anyone set these two up to operate together, so all the nifty color coding, syntax matching, and other editing features of SlickEdit will work?

If not, can anyone give me a simpleton's guide to accomplishing this?

All tips, tricks, and set-up walkthrus appreciated!  I very limited programming experience, which is self-taught and very rusty, so please go easy on me!

Thanks,

--Bob

TADS3 is an interactive fiction environment?  Just add a tag file including all the headers (and source, if you need to) from the TADS3 distribution.

Yes, TADS3 is "a freeware programming system that can help you create high-quality interactive fiction."

More info at:  http://www.tads.org.
