Title: RC2: Believe I am somehow getting multiple buffers for the same file.

Change one and immediately the other buffer complains that the file has been changed.
Doing lots of compiles inside SE.  Trying to reproduce now.

We just added a feature that will perform auto reload after a build, could this be what's happening?
