The scroll bar contrast will be improved in 25.0.2.

Some of the SE users at my company said they find the contrast in the dark theme scrollbar to be too small, and it is hard to discern the active part from the inactive part. See attached screenshot for a better idea of what I mean.

I'm not sure it is possible to change this now, so I write this post in the "Features and/or Improvements" area, but maybe it is possible to change it now?
