Title: Pop on top

When a slick code help thing pops up, it brings Slick to front.

Open some source code.
Open Tools->Calculator
Calculator is still on top and has focus.
Hover the mouse over the code in the editor without clicking
When the code help (or number conversion popup) opens, Slick is brought to front - hiding calculator.
Now, start typing -- Calculator keeps input focus :-)

A possibly related issue in is that if slick main window edit window has focus and you're typing in it, if some other application (e..g break reminder) decides to steal the focus with a popup window, when you close the popup window, the focus goes back to slick but not to the edit window you were typing in  -  in a couple of tests I did, the focus goes to whichever floating tool-window last had the focus, instead of the edit window.
