Title: Patch to make auto-complete key also do dynamic surround

Incorporate this macro:

which is required since one has to turn off dynamic surround due to the expected behaviour of same described here:

I know we can add this macro ourselves, and that's what I've been doing, but we lose it every upgrade/hotfix.
