Starting with a single window, after create-tile + cursor right, the cursor in the newly created window to the right is in the correct position, but the scroll position changes.
The vertical scroll puts the cursor and the current line a little way down from the top of the window. The vertical scroll should not need to change as both windows must be the same height.
The horizontal scroll behaves strangely as well. Starting with a single window with no horizontal scroll and the cursor positioned part way along a line. When I split, the newly created window is horizontally scrolled unnecessarily. This happens even if the new window is wide enough not to need scroll bars. If I then move the cursor back to column zero the horizontal scroll bar disappears.
