Title: Bookmarks: Index or datestamp

Bookmarks should include a datestamp or something to indicate their age and the order in which they were created.

Annotations have a timestamp, and a lot of other features.  If you really want a timestamp, I think it makes more sense to use an annotation.

We could add this feature to bookmarks, but that would be duplicating functionality.

Yes, but, annotations has lots of problems.
I'm always disappointed when I try using them.
