Title: Single file python debugging doesn't seem to work anymore.

Close the workspace.
Open a single python file.
Debugging isn't an option.

Open single python file.
Project -> Project Properties:

SlickEdit Pro
---------------------------
ERROR: project file has no configurations
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------
 
Then, in ProjectProperties, selct "Run/Debug".
The help text in the bottom has some weird characters:

Debugging commands (like Start,Step Into) are on the Debug menu. Works for me.

Good catch on the help text. Looks wonky! We will fix that.

I'm not seeing the "ERROR: project file has no configurations".

On the "Tools" tab it looks like there are two check boxes overlapping each other. We will fix that.
