Title: Minimize of windows very annoying...

If you pull a editor tab out of the main window and minimize, it won't go to the Taskbar; it stays above it in a very Windows 3.11 fashion. This is against the norm for Windows applications. Changing this to multiple Taskbar items with grouping method also allows for going to a specific window when many are open. Any chance you guys are working on this for v20?

Definitely would be better to have icons in the task bar. Sadly, this is far from a simple change due to how various UI elements need to stay on top of each other (need access to the one menu bar too).
