Title: Unable to Create Help Desk Ticket
Post by: gavink on September 10, 2009, 04:58:21 AM
When using the web site to create a help desk ticket after entering all the information, my browser quietly took me to the home page without ceremony, leaving me unsure if the ticket was created.

Ironically the ticket I want to create is about getting similar behaviour when asking the web site for a license file.

Behaviour seems the same on FF3.5 (preferred browser) and IE6 (corporate standard).

The old behaviour of creating a ticket by e-mail seems to be disabled, as that bounced without a valid ticket.

Any clues?

Hi Everybody,

We're working on this right now and should have it fixed shortly.

Fixed!  If you did NOT see a Case Confirmation page when you first tried to submit your Case, you will need to re-submit your case/query.
