Title: Win7 32-bit, api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing v22.0.2.1

I just installed the 32-bit version of SE 22.0.2.1 onto a Win7 32-bit laptop. I am getting this message and SE won't launch.

The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing.

Thanks for the report.   To get around this for now, you can download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 here:
