Title: files toolbar project tab doesn't update after project properties add file

Add a file to a project using project properties and the file doesn't appear in the list shown in the files toolbar for either the project or workspace tabs.  The projects toolwindow shows the file.  Closing the files toolwindow and re-opening it, still missing.  Close workspace, open workspace, it now turns up in the files toolwindow.

At first I couldn't reproduce this because I had the Files tool window docked. If the Files tool window is closed before you open Project properties, it doesn't seem to update.
