Title: Search Wrap Not Prompting
Post by: ghamilto61 on April 15, 2016, 05:12:58 PM
I have "Wrap at beginning/end" set to "Prompt every time" in the config.  On a fairly regular basis, when I do a search from the command line, it stops at the end of the file and doesn't prompt.  If I select Search - Find from the menu and search once, I can then close the dialog and it starts working again.  When I bring up the Search-Find dialog, the "Wrap at beginning/end" option is partially checked as expected.  I don't have to do anything but click "Find" once and close the dialog and searching from the command line goes back to working as expected.  I haven't been able to determine a particular action that causes it to start failing.  Is this a know problem?  Is there a fix?

Thanks,
Gregg

Which version/platform are you running and what emulation are you using?  Are you using incremental search, or the / command, or other command?

I'm using SlickEdit Pro 2014 (v19.0.2.5 32-bit) on W2K12 R2.  I'm using key bindings mapped to "find" and "find-next".
