Title: "Load Options - Expand tabs to spaces" is not working (language C/C++)

Problem Description:
"Load Options - Expand tabs to spaces" is not working (language C/C++).

My current configuration setup is:

• File Options - Expand tabs to spaces = False.
• C/C++ Language - Load Options - Expand tabs to spaces = True.

When I am opening a C file in the SlickEdit Editor, the Tab are still in the file.
 
Setup:
- SlickEdit Core V3.5.0 (un-installed Beta and install official release as per instruction).

This is a similar issue to the one reported in the beta about save options (http://community.slickedit.com/index.php?topic=5116.0).  I've filed a defect for the load options ("Load as Binary" and "Expand tabs to spaces"), and although these won't be hotfixable they will be looked at for the next release.  Thanks for the report.
