Title: B3: Perl Insert padding between parentheses

Under Options->Languages->Scripting Languages->Perl->Formatting
I have "Insert padding between parentheses" checked, but it is not inserting the padding.

Actually the problem only seems to happen when it auto inserts the if statement template. I tried adding space inside the alias definition for the if statement, but that didn't affect anything.

I don't think this has worked for Syntax Expansion, I will add a fix for this for the next drop.
