Title: Expand\Collapse for project window and other "tall trees"

I have requested this before but it has been some time and probably fell of the shelf. An Expand\Collapse feature would be really useful in Project & Symbol windows and possibly the Smart-Open pane.

Beyond Compare has this feature when comparing directories. StarTeam has this feature for the file list.
