Thanks.   That helps, but as you pointed out, it doesn't reset once you move it.

You can configure this here:

Tools>Appearance>Tool Windows & Toolbar Options>Show tool tips

The only thing I noticed that is a bit annoying is that the delay doesn't reset when you move your mouse outside the tool window until you wait a bit.

On the side, I have the list of buffers open (although applicable to project and workspace as well).  When I hover my mouse over a file, it immediately (no delay) shows the tooltip pop up of the full path.  It gets to be annoying as I can't move my mouse down to the one beneath it to select the file because the tooltip is in the way.  The work around is to exaggerate my mouse movement and then approach the desired file again.
Is there a way to either disable the tooltip (which the configuration in the options doesn't appear to control), or preferably control the time before it pops up?
