Uncomment Lines supports uncommenting line or block comments. Although,  sometimes it gets lost.

Dear All,

When I go to the Document menu when writing code, there are options for commenting and uncommenting a line, but for blocks there is only the option for commenting it. I know how to add options to menus, but what would the option for uncommenting a block be called (there is comment and erase-comment for lines I think)?
