Hi skywise,

I'm not sure if there are any Community Members here that can answer a question such as this for you, but if you were to write an email to sales@slickedit.com, including your Serial Number, I am sure that they can provide all of the options available to you.  (With a quick turn around time as well.)

Best,
SlickEdit Support

I'm a little confused about the difference between Upgrading and the Maintenance program.  Is the Maintenance program the equivalent of a "subscription" to a particular product (IE Slickedit for Windows) so that if I start maintenance with v.9 then I would get v.10 and v.11 automatically as they came out (so long as I kept my maintenance paid up)?  Or should I still be doing upgrades for this?

Also is there an easy way to migrate from a Windows to Windows/Linux bundle license on the website or should I call in for that?

Thx!
