New install, new config, added hotfix_se2501_2 stack.
Preview is configured to activate from all other windows (except Unit Test).
Preview is docked to right, Files and Open tools are docked to right.
Opening Files or Open tools trigger "tagwin.ex 10982 tagwin:_UpdateOneTagWindow(139," see more in attached log.
